真空袋在运输过程中会出现破损的原因!

  食品真空包装设计方面,如内容物的净含量或体积超过了所用软包装材料的承受范围,在运输或销售流通过程中,稍受外力,就会出现破袋、开裂问题。而之所以会出现这种现象主要的原因为:

The main reasons for this phenomenon are:
  1、密封性:如爆破压力测试,可以确定发生破袋的位置和机械强度薄弱的部位。如热封强度测试可判断热封强度是否满足食品内容物的要求,并确定热封不良的部位以及热封效果的均匀度。例如鸡爪真空包装产生破损是因为鸡爪被切分的时候,有些碎爪的骨头被切的很尖,再加上煮沸的时候,肉皮收缩,所以骨头就裸露出来,在运输的过程中容易将袋子扎破。因此,包装袋的耐穿刺性应做为包装材料组合的考虑。

  2、物理机械性能:如拉断力与断裂伸长率、抗穿刺强度、抗摆锤冲击性能、剥离强度等,可综合判断包装袋的韧性、耐穿刺性、抗冲击性等物理机械性能是否符合包装、储存堆码及运输过程的需求。
  2.
