再生塑料的标准和分类知识

以再加工成塑料制品或经过再利用回收其中的化学成分或经焚烧回收能量的废旧塑料。

可回收性废旧塑料的回收可分为四级:

一级回收是指采用通常的加工方法把可回收的废塑料加工成与新料性能相同或相近的产品。

废旧塑料经再生加工后,性能有不同程度的下降。主要是由光老化、氧化和热老化引起的。性能下降程度的大
小主要取决于使用年限和环境。成型加工厂生产时产生的废边、废品,其回收料的性能下降很小,几乎可以当
新料用。室内使用,使用年限短的产品,回收料性能变化也不大,而在室外使用年限长,环境差(如受压力,
电场,化学介质等作用)的产品性能就差,甚至无法回收。几种常见塑料再生料性能变化的参考资料。

PVC:再生后变色较明显,一次再生挤出后会带有浅褐色,三次则几乎变为不透明的褐色,比粘度在二次时不变,两次以上有下降倾向。无论是硬质还是软质PVC,再生时都应加入稳定剂,为使再制品有光泽,再生时可添加掺混用的ABS1%-3%。

PE:PE再生后性能都有所下降,颜色变黄,经多次挤出后,高密度聚乙烯粘度下降,低密度聚乙烯粘度上升。

PP:一次再生时,颜色几乎不变,熔体指数上升,两次以上颜色加重,熔体指数仍上升。再生后断裂强度和伸

长率有所下降,但使用上无问题。

PS:再生后颜色变黄,故再生PS一般进行差色。再生料各项性能的下降程度与再生次数成正比,断裂强度在掺
入量小于60%,无明显变化,极限粘度在掺入量为40%以下时,无明显变化。
